LIFTING EQUIPMENT HIRE – Additions to the Fleet

LiftQuip Australia is consistently adding to its Lifting Equipment Hire Fleet, with some 35 tonne Telescopic Spreader Beams arriving recently. ‘Hiring of Lifting Equipment is a cost effective option, as it does not tie up valuable capital for the customer’ says LiftQuip Australia’s General Manager Mark Eberhard. ‘Modular Spreader Beams up to 300 tonne down to Telescopic Spreader Beams at 2.5 tonne Capacity are available, as well as a fleet of options for Air, Diesel, Electric and Hydraulic Winches which cover most applications including lifting, pulling, man riding, constant tension and capstans’.

Other new additions are a couple of 25 tonne Wireless Loadcells. ‘These units are great, as the Loadcells can be used simultaneously with the loads able to be viewed on the same digital readout’ says LiftQuip Australia’s General Manager Mark Eberhard. ‘This provides a great deal of flexibility and opens up options for customers’.

The variety of equipment that the industry requires is huge, says Mark Eberhard.  ‘If we don’t have it, we can get it through our network of strategic alliances.  Also, being able to manufacture our own Lifting & Materials Handling Equipment means that  we have the flexibility and speed required to react to urgent requirements’.
