Description

The Tirol Kit is a lightweight and versatile patient transport system.  It is ideal for long haul retrieval and technical rescue with ergonomic operation on even the most difficult terrain. At only 10.8kg, a single rescuer can easily backpack the Tirol Kit in, then set it up and use it.  Multiple rescuers can divided divide the unit up for transport in.

This Kit is designed to fit a purpose-built Titan-Ti Tirol Split tapered basket stretcher (purchased separately) which has extra head and foot plates. The combination of these two lightweight products makes it possible to operate in the most hostile and hard to access areas.

Features

  • Fast installation and removal with the patient in the stretcher, in fact even by a single rescuer
  • 12 position, adjustable carry handles so as to match the rescue team or terrain requirements
  • Carry handles can become legs thus providing an elevated, stationary position to treat the patient
  • Anti-wear treatment of metal parts therefore guaranteeing extended durability
