  • To comply with Australian Standards all lifting devices must have a safety ratio, eg:
    • * 80 Grade chain 4:1
      * 100 Grade chain 4:1
      * The Hooks at the end of Chains 4:1
      * The Hook of most cranes 4:1
      * Soft slings 7:1
