INCIDENT REPORTS
LiftQuip Australia offers technical support and reporting for incidents. Our expertise and testing equipment help determine the cause of incidents and support investigations. We also provide advice on safe, effective solutions moving forward.

REVERSE ENGINEERING
LiftQuip Australia can assess an existing fabricated lifting asset against AS 4991 standards, even when original design and engineering details aren’t available. This process, often paired with refurbishment, includes a strip down, NDT testing, and ensures compliance.

STRIPPING DOWN, CLEANING AND INSPECTING EQUIPMENT
We offer full refurbishment services for used lifting equipment. This includes stripping, cleaning, inspecting, and NDT testing before repainting, re-testing, and returning the equipment to service. Refurbishment is more cost-effective and extends the asset’s lifespan.

ASSESSING DIMENSIONAL WEAR AGAINST LOADING REQUIREMENTS
Dimensional wear is crucial in the inspection process. LiftQuip Australia evaluates wear against manufacturer specifications and Australian Standards to ensure equipment is safe to continue in service or needs repair or replacement.

PROOF LOAD TESTING
We conduct proof load testing to ensure lifting equipment meets manufacturer tolerances and Australian Standards. Our inspections determine whether assets are safe to remain in service or require removal or repair.
